Our Story
Many of our freelance event staff are multilingual and have been successfully involved in big international events like the 2010 FIFA World Cup and over 300 other events since Christiane Mohrstedt founded the company in 2010.
These include the Porsche Dealership Launch event, Audi Quattro and A7 launches, BMW Golf World Cup Final at Fancourt, Skoda, International Conferences at CTICC, hotels, wine farms and sports events, including Rugby Sevens, annual L'Ormarains Queen's Plate Horse Race, We are Africa, Clicks Activation, Aviat Utility Fair (German Pavilion), ABSA and FNB Wealth as well as many amazing smaller events.
Our management services are provided as per client requirements. Event Hostesses A-Z can strategically handle the recruitment and training process as well as be on site during the event period. Alternately we can simply supply personnel directly from our carefully curated database.
